Each season, we always have players who only care about the draft and then check out for the rest of the year. While I agree the draft is a major highlight, it’s essential to stay active and engaged with your team throughout the entire season. We end up with a lot of people who don't make adjustments, and it wastes both my time and others’—especially when it comes to the redraft.
To address this, every two to three months, I’ll ask everyone to confirm they’re still actively participating. I’ll set a STRICT one-week deadline from the time of the post for everyone to reply. No excuses—one full week is more than enough. If someone fails to respond, they’ll be removed, and their team will become available for others.
