I think Royvals insane frame at 125 is going to give Van problems, I think Royval can win this by decision or tko maybe a little too much too soon for Van. This is like the InnerG matchup but even worse, It will be a great fight though.

Royval vs. Van
Brandon Royval, SUB, R2
Too much too soon for the young stud. I like Joshua Van just as much as the next guy but Royval is legitimately a top 3 guy at flyweight and nightmare matchup. Van for sure has a chance in a pure striking match but people forget man; Royval used to be known for dominant grappling. I see Royval mixing it up in order to win rounds and possibly Subing or TKOing Van. Even though I have Van losing here I dont see his stock lowering too much or him ending up like Steve Erceg getting fraud checked by everyone in the top 5. I can see him being a future champ and a star in the UFC but at 23 I think he still needs to develop more layers to his game before hes ready.
